Where to Buy Your 2014 Colorado Fishing License

Getting your Colorado fishing license for 2014 online is one option. Or, if you'd rather, you can buy one in person at a licensing agent, at CPW Regional Headquarters, or by phone at 1-800-244-5613.

A basic resident fishing license is $26, but seniors over age 64 only pay $1. In addition, you have to buy a Habitat Stamp with the purchase of the first hunting or fishing license of the season—$10 per year, or $300.25 for a lifetime stamp. (One-day licenses don't require the habitat stamp for the first two purchases. If you buy three one-day licenses, you have to pony up.) Check out the fishing season dates and fees.

NOTE: The license year is April 1 through March 31.

Free Fishing Days are the first full weekend of June, each year. All other rules and regulations apply, of course.
