Getting your Arizona fishing license for 2014 online is one option. Or, if you'd rather, you can buy one in person at a license vendor or agency office.

A basic resident fishing license is $37 (statewide) or $24 (from "Community Fishing Waters") for anyone over 14. You can also apply for a lifetime license, with the cost prorated by age group. Depending how the math works out for you, this could be a good way to avoid annual fee increases.
